Register Business

1. Acceptance of Terms

By registering for, accessing, or using the iNetERP multi-tenant enterprise management platform ("Service"), provided by iNet Solutions ("we", "us", or "our"), you ("Subscriber", "User", or "Business") agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you are registering on behalf of a company, partnership, or other legal entity, you represent and warrant that you have full authority to bind such entity to these Terms.

2. Service Description & Multi-Tenant Architecture

iNetERP provides cloud-hosted Enterprise Resource Planning software, including but not limited to:

• GST and Non-GST Sales Invoicing, Quotations, and Proforma Invoices
• Purchase Order & Landing Cost Management with Supplier Accounts
• Inventory Tracking with Serialized and Barcoded Stock Control
• Double-Entry General Ledger Accounting and Chart of Accounts
• Staff Payroll, Attendance, and Performance Tracking
• B2B Network electronic invoice exchange between registered tenants
• GST Returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) and Financial Audit Reporting

Each registered business receives a dedicated, isolated database workspace. Data between businesses is strictly separated and secure.

3. User Accounts, Credentials & Responsibilities

During registration, you will create an Administrator account. You are solely responsible for:

• Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, passwords, and API secrets.
• All activities, data entries, and financial transactions that occur under your business account.
• Ensuring that authorized staff and operators use appropriate role-based permissions (Owner, Manager, Sales, Accountant).
• Promptly notifying us of any unauthorized access or security breach.

4. Free Trial, Subscriptions & Billing

7-Day Free Trial: All new business registrations include a complimentary 7-day trial period with full access to the selected modules. No payment method is required to start your trial.

Subscription Plans: Following trial expiration, continued access requires an active paid subscription plan (Monthly, Quarterly, or Yearly). Subscription fees are non-refundable once billed.

Expiry & Grace Period: If a subscription expires without renewal, access to transactional modules may be suspended until renewed. Your stored data will remain safe and exportable for a minimum grace period of 30 days.

5. Data Ownership, Privacy & Confidentiality

Your Data: You retain complete ownership of all business records, customer details, supplier data, sales figures, and financial ledgers entered into your workspace.

Confidentiality: iNet Solutions does not access, disclose, or sell your proprietary business data to any third party. Our systems utilize encrypted connections and isolated tenant structures to preserve strict privacy.

Backups: While automated multi-tenant system backups are performed regularly, you are encouraged to periodically export and back up your critical financial reports and invoice registries.

6. Indian Tax & GST Compliance Disclaimer

iNetERP is designed to assist in compliance with the Goods and Services Tax (GST) laws and statutory accounting standards of India. However:

• You are responsible for the accuracy of HSN/SAC codes, GSTIN numbers, tax rates, and filing information entered.
• The software does not replace certified legal or chartered accountancy counsel.
• Final verification of tax returns (GSTR-1, GSTR-3B) remains the statutory responsibility of the registered business entity.

7. B2B Network & Electronic Document Exchange

If you utilize the B2B Network feature to exchange electronic invoices directly between tenants:

• Both parties must consent to network linkage via registered Business ID or GSTIN.
• Invoice transmission, acceptance, rejection, and payment synchronization are recorded in immutable audit logs.

8. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose, fraud, money laundering, or evasion of applicable taxes.
• Attempt to decompile, reverse engineer, or compromise the multi-tenant architecture or database isolation.
• Distribute malware, spam, or abusive network requests through the API or web interfaces.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, iNet Solutions and its suppliers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages (including loss of profits, revenue, data, or business interruption) arising out of or in connection with the use or inability to use the Service.

10. Modifications & Governing Law

We reserve the right to modify these Terms as needed to reflect evolving legal, regulatory, or operational requirements. Continued use of the Service following updates constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India, and any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts.
